County Line Number One

Northern Colorado Larimer County Lightning Storm, Chased this lightning thunderstorm down County Line looking for a good composition. This was the very first image out of the camera  on this June 8/9   south to north thunderstorm chase photography session that  started at about 8:30 pm and went till  1:00 – 2:00 am. heading up to Wyoming.    Colorado lightning striking cloud to ground, nature putting on a great show above a county barn and grain silo out in the rural Northern Colorado country.  Chased this storm from Lafayette to Fort Collins.  I stayed just out the the rain. Colorado storms come in fast and leave the same way.  This one went north in a few directions and was moving at a fast pace.  It was easy to keep up with.
