Scenic view of mighty tree trunks with colorful autumn season leaves in full glory. This is the last hurrah before winter come in and all the leaves will be gone. This is the time of year that’s a photographers dream. Every where you look you see colorful beauty. In Colorado you can chase the autumn colors for a long time starting with the high elevation and then ending with the lower elevations. Here is a scenic view of Colorado’s Longs Peak, 14,256 feet above sea level, colorful autumn aspen trees, a deep clear blue sky above and a children’s swing set playground in the foreground. Though it fit the scene and title. Pastel painted sunset sky out in the country plains of Colorado. This is 450 images from this sunset stacked to get this effect. Giant lightning bolt striking next to a wall of rain south of Boulder Colorado towards Golden, heading east to Denver. This is a view Central East Boulder County looking to the southwest towards the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Very active lightning strikes, we were out of the wind and rain north of the storm a great viewing point. Many lightning bolts striking on the horizon with a communication tower in South Boulder County, Colorado. This is 13 images stacked equal to about a five and half minute exposure .
