Very active lightning strikes, we were out of the wind and rain north of the storm a great viewing point. A scenic landscape view of the continental divide in Colorado Rocky Mountain national park with snow blowing over the divide ridge a beautiful sight to see. Longs Peak is one of the 54 mountains with summits over 14,000 feet in Colorado. Long’s is the only “fourteener” in Rocky Mountain National Park, and the most popular with climbers. |
