Sunday the 10th of August was the day of the supermoon. It rose at 7:53 pm to a cloudy horizon so there was not a good rising view from Boulder County, or at least from where I was located in North Boulder County. This is the next morning, Monday 8-11-14 as it sets at 7:17 am behind the Colorado Rocky Mountains Indian Peaks. It would be my honor to sit in this patriotic park bench decorated with red white and blue, flowers and USA American Flags with a scenic view out onto a fishing lake. A very special place and great place to sit and get in touch with mother nature, There is not a better place to watch a thunderstorm with lightning striking and putting on a show then from the open space of a farm. A very active spring storm striking above this cool barn out in the agriculture plains north east of Longmont Colorado. One of my most favorite places to watch and shoot a storm.
