The wall of the Colorado’s rocky mountain canyons painted red with these beautiful underbrush, a fantastic addition to the golden autumn aspen trees. This is a view in Left Hand Canyon in Boulder County, Colorado. Here is a scenic view of Colorado’s Longs Peak, 14,256 feet above sea level, colorful autumn aspen trees, a deep clear blue sky above and a children’s swing set playground in the foreground. This is a view Central East Boulder County looking to the southwest towards the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Very active lightning strikes, we were out of the wind and rain north of the storm a great viewing point. Last of the 2014 super moons, the harvest full moon was on the 8th, we had cloudy skies with no views. This is the 9th the day after the full moon known as Waning Gibbous, with a scenic view of downtown Denver Colorado. There was a brown haze as well as cloudy skies, this is the view looking east from Lookout Mountain on the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Golden Colorado. Two Giant lightning bolt striking next to a wall of rain and this communications tower south of Boulder Colorado towards Golden, heading east to Denver. This is a view from central east Boulder County looking to the southwest towards the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Very active weather with a ton of lightning strikes, we were out of the wind and rain north of the storm a great viewing point. |
