If you are ever in Estes Park Colorado, The Stanley Hotel is a must see. Last trip up to RMNP I thought I’d do a wide angle shot of the front of the hotel. There are mountains all around this incredible landmark that was the inspiration for the Book “The Shining”, and the view from the front of the hotel gives a view of Rocky Mountain National Park snow covered peaks. Ypsilon Mountain sits in the Northern part of Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) in a range known as the Mummy Range. Ypsilon Mountain, elevation 13,514 ft. A scenic landscape view of the continental divide in Colorado Rocky Mountain national park with snow blowing over the divide ridge a beautiful sight to see.
